Are you a passionate leader with a love for artisanal Italian gelato and sorbetto? Dolci Gelati, a renowned name in the world of frozen delights, is seeking a dynamic Shift Manager to spearhead our brand-new kiosk at National Landing’s Water Park in Arlington, VA!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee daily kiosk operations with a smile and a scoop
- Lead and motivate a team to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure a clean, organized, and inviting kiosk environment
- Manage inventory, supplies, and cash handling procedures
- Collaborate with our gelato artisans to maintain product quality
- Handle customer inquiries and create a delightful experience for all visitors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous supervisory experience in the food service industry
- Passion for providing memorable customer interactions
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, teamwork-oriented environment
- Knowledge of basic safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
- Ability to operate POS system
- Food handlers certificate is a plus
