Barista
DESCRIPTION:
Join our vibrant and dynamic team as a Barista at our brand new kiosk at National Landing’s Water Park in Arlington VA.
We pride ourselves on crafting exceptional coffee experiences for our community. If you’re passionate about coffee, customer service, and creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, we’d love to have you on board!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and artistry.
- Maintain a deep knowledge of our coffee offerings, brewing methods, and flavor profiles.
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and suggesting menu items.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the coffee preparation area and the café.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold quality standards and ensure smooth operations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Ability to operate POS system
- Able to lift 20 lbs. of weight
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability
- Able to stand for prolonged periods of time
- Food handlers certificate is a plus
