While we do not accept returns or refunds due to the perishable nature of our products, we are committed to resolving any issues with your shipment. Please review our policy below:

All Sales Are Final:

Due to the perishable nature of gelato and sorbetto, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds.

Shipping Issues:

  1. Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] with:

    • Photos of the damaged product.

    • A description of the issue.

    • If the issue is determined to be valid, we may issue a reshipment at no additional cost.

  2. Melted or Improperly Delivered Products:

    • If your gelato arrives melted or spoiled due to shipping delays or mishandling, please notify us immediately upon receipt.

    • Reshipments may be provided at no additional cost if it is determined that the issue occurred during transit and not due to the recipient’s delay in unpacking.

  3. Incorrect Orders:

    • If you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report the issue. We will reship the correct items at no additional cost.

Situations Not Covered:

  • Late Pickups: We are not responsible for melted or spoiled products if they are not unpacked promptly upon delivery.
  • Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We cannot issue reshipments for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Please note: Your gelato is made to order in small batches using the freshest and finest ingredients. We do not keep inventory on hand, ensuring that every bite is crafted with care and attention to quality.
